Lewis Fellas
A seasoned Non-Executive Director, founder, and investment professional with more than 25 years' experience building, scaling, and governing hedge funds, fintech ventures, and digital-asset institutions across the US, Europe, and Asia.
He has held senior executive and board roles at established firms and start-ups, including CoinShares, where as Head of Hedge Fund Solutions and Capital Markets and Executive Committee member he led the enterprise-wide transformation of risk, trading, and operational infrastructure across the $8bn AUM platform.
A pioneer in digital assets since 2016, Lewis founded multiple regulated businesses—including Bletchley Park Asset Management, one of the world's first crypto hedge funds—successfully navigating complex regulatory environments and executing two strategic exits.
Lewis now provides independent board and advisory services to fintech, digital-asset, and investment-management businesses, bringing deep expertise in governance, risk oversight, product structuring, and regulatory navigation. In 2026, he was appointed a member of the Government of Jersey Innovation Council. He holds an MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School.
